Hastelloy G30 pipe is a high-performance nickel-based alloy tube with unique chemical composition and excellent comprehensive performance. It is based on nickel as the main matrix and is rich in various alloy elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and tungsten. With this precise composition design, it has excellent corrosion resistance. It can show excellent corrosion resistance in strong oxidizing acids such as phosphoric acid and nitric acid, as well as reducing acid environments such as hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid, and effectively cope with complex and harsh chemical environments. In addition, it can maintain stable mechanical properties under high temperature conditions, with a high melting point and moderate thermal expansion coefficient, so that it can function normally in high-temperature working scenarios.

Hastelloy G30 alloy is an all-around nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidative aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or mixed acids of oxidizing acids containing chloride ions. At the same time, Hastelloy G30 alloy also has ideal resistance to reducing and oxidizing environments encountered in the process.
