Applications and Usage for Titanium Sheet and Plate
Since 2003, Daxun’s titanium sheet and plate have been supplied for chemical processing, marine, medical, and architectural applications. Medical-grade material — CP Grade 1–4 and Ti-6Al-4V ELI — is produced to ASTM F67 and ISO 5832-2 for orthopedic and dental implant use. CP Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is also supplied for automotive and sports equipment applications where high strength-to-weight ratio matters. Commercially pure grades hold up to service temperatures with a melting range around 3,000°F (1,650°C), making titanium a reliable choice where corrosion resistance and thermal stability both matter. Characteristics of various titanium plates
Each titanium plate material has its own different usage scenarios.
Industrial pure titanium plate, easy to weld, corrosion-resistant, and can work at 300°C for a long time.

Main features of titanium plate
Titanium has a density of approximately 4.51 g/cm³ — about 60% of steel’s density at comparable strength.
A stable, self-healing oxide layer gives titanium excellent resistance to seawater, chlorides, and most acids — significantly outperforming stainless steel in chloride-rich environments.
Suitable for applications where magnetic interference must be avoided.
Titanium alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V offer strength comparable to many steels at roughly half the weight.

Titanium Plate Quality Inspection
Every titanium plate undergoes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing, and corrosion resistance verification before shipment. Inspection reports are available in accordance with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 upon request.
Corrosion Resistant Information
Titanium’s corrosion resistance comes from a thin, stable oxide layer that
forms naturally on the surface and self-repairs when scratched or exposed.
