————Daxun produces titanium rods in China to meet the diverse and ——demanding needs of customers!
The global leader in commercially pure titanium rod manufacturing services
Titanium round bars are among the most sought-after titanium products offered by Daxun Alloy China. The production of Grade 1 Titanium bars involves a more automated process compared to the manufacturing of blocks and plates. These bars are available in over forty unique grades, including various commercially pure titanium grades, with the most commonly used being Grade 5, Grade 2, and Grade 1. Their diameters can range up to 14 inches, catering to diverse industrial requirements. Each cp grade is categorized based on its composition, purity, and properties.
Pure Titanium Grade 1 stands out for its exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing applications. This grade is highly regarded for its excellent corrosion resistance to general and seawater corrosion, as well as its ability to withstand oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride-containing solutions. Additionally, Grade 1 Titanium has the lowest strength among the commercially pure titanium grades, but its high corrosion resistance and superior ductility make it suitable for various applications. Titanium’s low density—approximately half that of nickel-based alloys—combined with its high strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance, makes it an optimal material for use in demanding chemical environments.
Daxun sells both pure titanium and titanium alloy bars to fulfill the needs of aerospace applications. Alloy titanium bars are created only from high-performance materials. Although titanium is an alloy, it can be easily shaped into bars while maintaining its hard, shiny appearance. Alloy titanium bars are frequently utilized because of their high strength-to-weight ratio and the ability to be custom-produced to requirements. Daxun offers round and square titanium bars in a range of lengths, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for, we can tailor our products to your specific needs and requirements. Contact us today to learn more! Our titanium bar supply includes Grades 1, 2, and 5 (Ti 6AL/4V and ELi), as well as Grade 7.

Detection method
Non-destructive testing > 100% testing
- Eddy Current Testing/Eddy Current Crack Testing: This method is used to detect surface cracks and discontinuities, ensuring defect-free surfaces (level 4).
- Flat Bottom Hole Diameter Testing: We use flat bottom hole diameters of 0.7 mm and 0.4 mm to accurately assess material integrity.
- Blind Area Testing: The blind area of the material can be cut off according to a fixed length, with testing conducted all the way to the end of the bar.
- Full Diameter Ultrasonic Testing: This technique is used to inspect the entire diameter of the bar, ensuring it meets rigorous standards for quality and performance.

Ordering Information
When placing a purchase order, please ensure it includes the following details: quantity, grade, type or category, API 5L reference, thickness, width, length, and any relevant attachments or specific requirements related to chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment, additional testing, manufacturing process, surface coating, or end finish.
The grade of titanium alloy you need depends on the project you are working on, as each grade has different benefits.
All grades of titanium alloy are extremely strong and corrosion resistant, which means they will continue to work well in the harshest conditions.
The higher grades of titanium alloy (5-12) are alloys designed for specific benefits. For example, grade 12 titanium alloy has excellent heat resistance, making it a perfect choice for shell and tube heat exchangers, hydraulic piping, and chemical industry equipment.
Grades 1-4 are pure titanium alloys, and they are a perfect choice if you need a weldable, ductile material for piping systems and tubing. You will find lower grades used in the marine and industrial industries.
If you are starting a project and are unsure which grade of titanium alloy is best for you, contact us today; we are more than happy to help you.
At DAXUN, we offer a wide range of titanium alloy grades from grade 1 to grade 12.
Grades 1-4 are pure titanium, while higher grades are alloys.
Alloy grades are popular for their high strength-to-weight ratio.
The most commonly used titanium alloy grade we find is grade 5. While still high in titanium, this grade is one of the most reliable because it can withstand temperatures up to 600°F and withstand extreme conditions.
Higher grades are favored by industries such as aerospace and marine industries for their wear and corrosion resistance.
Conversely, lower grades are primarily used for welding due to their lower strength.

While the grade of titanium does increase the cost slightly, the total cost is primarily determined by the shape and form of titanium you require.
