Applications and Usage for Titanium Sheet and Plate

Since 2003, Daxun’s titanium sheet and plate have been supplied for chemical processing, marine, medical, and architectural applications. Medical-grade material — CP Grade 1–4 and Ti-6Al-4V ELI — is produced to ASTM F67 and ISO 5832-2 for orthopedic and dental implant use. CP Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is also supplied for automotive and sports equipment applications where high strength-to-weight ratio matters. Main features of titanium plate

Ringan

Titanium has a density of approximately 4.51 g/cm³ — about 60% of steel’s density at comparable strength.

Corrosion resistant

A stable, self-healing oxide layer gives titanium excellent resistance to seawater, chlorides, and most acids — significantly outperforming stainless steel in chloride-rich environments.
