Hastelloy G30 is designated as UNS N06030 or DIN 2.4603. It is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy, also known as nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy. It is composed of nickel, chromium, cobalt and tungsten. The nickel content is about 37%, which is one of the few grades with a chromium content greater than 30% in nickel-based alloys.

Excellent corrosion resistance: excellent resistance to phosphoric acid (wet), moderate resistance to local corrosion caused by chlorides, good performance under evaporator deposits for concentrated phosphoric acid, and can also resist a variety of strong acids, strong bases and highly oxidizing acid media (such as nitric acid/hydrochloric acid, nitric acid/hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid mixed environment).
