Daxun’s Stainless steel rods manufacturing capabilities
Forming capabilities include radial forging machines, heat treatment furnaces, melting furnaces, and rolling mills for manufacturing stainless steel rod and bar. Radial forging refines grain structure and improves mechanical properties in larger-diameter bar, while rolling mills handle the volume production of standard round, square, and hex sections. Equipment is matched to the product form and grade — forged bar for higher-strength applications, hot rolled bar for standard structural and mechanical grades — so send your specification and we’ll confirm the right production route for your order.
Daxun’s heat treatment furnace
Stainless steel rod heat treatment uses advanced heat treatment furnace equipment to ensure the stability and high performance of the material. Heat treatment relieves internal stress from forging and rolling, restores corrosion resistance in the heat-affected zone, and stabilizes grain structure to the properties specified for the grade. Solution annealing is standard for austenitic grades like 304 and 316L, while precipitation-hardening grades such as 17-4PH require a controlled aging cycle to reach the specified strength and hardness. Confirm the required condition with your order and we’ll match the heat treatment cycle to it.
Daxun’s smelting ability
Daxun uses vacuum induction melting, vacuum consumable electrode melting, and electroslag remelting to reduce impurities during the smelting process, improving the consistency and performance of the finished stainless steel bar. Each melting method is selected based on the grade and application — vacuum induction melting for tighter composition control on specialty grades, and electroslag remelting for improved internal cleanliness on bar destined for high-stress or corrosion-critical service. This is combined with in-process testing at each stage to confirm the material meets the specified chemistry and mechanical properties before it moves to forming.

All our stainless steel round bars and rods are packed as per international standards to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we bundle finished pipes together in bulk using thick woven plastic bags. However, for some specialty pipes that are susceptible to dirt, scratches, pressure, or rough handling, we use wooden crates for protection.
We offer three shipping methods — sea, land, and air. Quotes are based on sea freight by default (FOB, CFR, CIF), with land or air transportation available on request for urgent orders.
