The following are several commonly used titanium-containing ores:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ilmenite: This is the most common titanium-containing ore, and its main component is ferrous metatitanate (FeTiO\u2083). Ilmenite is distributed in large quantities in many regions around the world, with large reserves and low mining costs. It is usually one of the main sources of raw materials for titanium production and occupies an important position in the titanium industry. Its appearance is generally black or black-gray, with a metallic luster and high hardness.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rutile: The main component of rutile is titanium dioxide (TiO\u2082). It has a high titanium content and relatively few impurities. It is a high-quality raw material for producing high-quality titanium products. However, rutile is relatively rare in the earth&#8217;s crust and is not as widely distributed as ilmenite, so its price is usually higher. Rutile has a high refractive index and is also used in optics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Anatase: Anatase is also a mineral form of titanium dioxide, and its purity and crystal structure are different from rutile. Anatase also has a certain reserve in nature and can be used as a raw material for titanium production, but generally requires more complex processing to improve the extraction rate and product #3366ff;\">\u56db\u5869\u5316\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\uff08TiCl\u2084\uff09\u3078\u306e\u5909\u63db<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u6b21\u306e\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7\u306f\u3001\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u9271\u77f3\u3092\u7cbe\u88fd\u304c\u5bb9\u6613\u306a\u63ee\u767a\u6027\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3067\u3042\u308b\u56db\u5869\u5316\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\uff08TiCl\u2084\uff09\u306b\u5909\u63db\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u30a4\u30eb\u30e1\u30ca\u30a4\u30c8\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u542b\u6709\u9271\u77f3\u306e\u5834\u5408\u3001\u901a\u5e38\u3001\u5869\u7d20\u5316\u53cd\u5fdc\u306e\u524d\u306b\u4e00\u9023\u306e\u524d\u51e6\u7406\u304c\u884c\u308f\u308c\u308b\u3002\u5927\u578b\u306e\u92fc\u9244\u88fd\u53cd\u5fdc\u7089\u3067\u3001\u5869\u7d20\u3068\u70ad\u7d20\u306e\u5b58\u5728\u4e0b\u3001\u7d041,000\u2103\u306e\u6e29\u5ea6\u3067\u3001\u9271\u77f3\u4e2d\u306e\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u5206\u304c\u5869\u7d20\u3068\u53cd\u5fdc\u3057\u3066\u56db\u5869\u5316\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u3092\u751f\u6210\u3059\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u3048\u3070\u3001\u30a4\u30eb\u30e1\u30ca\u30a4\u30c8\u306e\u53cd\u5fdc\u306f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u901a\u308a\u3067\u3042\u308b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>FeTiO\u2083 #3366ff;\">\u56db\u5869\u5316\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u306e\u7cbe\u88fd<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u306e\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u3092\u78ba\u4fdd\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u306f\u3001TiCl\u2084\u3092\u7cbe\u88fd\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u3001\u4e0d\u7d14\u7269\u3092\u305d\u306e\u6cb8\u70b9\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u3044\u3066\u5206\u96e2\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u84b8\u7559\u304c\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7d14\u7c8b\u306aTiCl_2084\u306f\u6b21\u306e\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7\u306b\u4e0d\u53ef\u6b20\u3067\u3059\u3002\u306a\u305c\u306a\u3089\u3001\u5fae\u91cf\u306e\u4e0d\u7d14\u7269\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u306e\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u88fd\u54c1\u306e\u54c1\u8cea\u3084\u6027\u80fd\u306b\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u53ca\u307c\u3059\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3><span 2MgCl\u2082<\/p>\n<p>2.\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u30b9\u30dd\u30f3\u30b8\u306e\u5f62\u6210\u53cd\u5fdc\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u5869\u5316\u30de\u30b0\u30cd\u30b7\u30a6\u30e0\uff08MgCl\u2082\uff09\u3068\u6df7\u5408\u3055\u308c\u305f\u30b9\u30dd\u30f3\u30b8\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u591a\u5b54\u8cea\u3067\u30b9\u30dd\u30f3\u30b8\u72b6\u306e\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u304c\u751f\u6210\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u5206\u96e2\u3068\u6d17\u6d44\uff1a\u5869\u5316\u30de\u30b0\u30cd\u30b7\u30a6\u30e0\u306f\u6d78\u51fa\uff08\u6c34\u307e\u305f\u306f\u5316\u5b66\u6eb6\u5a92\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\uff09\u306b\u3088\u308a\u9664\u53bb\u3055\u308c\u3001\u30c1\u30bf\u30f3\u30b9\u30dd\u30f3\u30b8\u304c\u6b8b\u308b\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3><span advanced method that further purifies titanium by removing impurities and inclusions.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color:
